Terms And Conditions
The service period will be from Start until End Time on the date. PixelStrip agrees to have a photo booth operational during this period sometime operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the photo booth.
ACCESS, SPACE & POWER FOR PHOTO BOOTH
Client will need to provide a leveled space for the photo booth at the event (5’L x 6’W x 7’ H) Client is also responsible for providing power cord extension (110V 10A, 3 prong outlet) Space would have to be in a dry area or covered area.
DAMAGE TO PIXEL STRIP’s EQUIPMENT
Client must acknowledge that they will be responsible for any damage, loss, or stolen Pixel Strip Photo Booth equipment caused by any mishandling of the equipment by Client, guests, and theft.
DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Any change in booking date must be made in 2 weeks advance prior to the original event date. Changes are subject to photo booth availability and receipt of new service contract. If that date could not be replaced to another date, the deposit will be forfeited and event cancelled. Any cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the event date will forfeit all payments received.
If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable under Contract Law, then that provision or portion thereof shall be deemed separate from the rest of this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions or portions thereof. This is the entire agreement between Pixel Strip Photobooth and Client relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing and signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between parties, Client agrees to solve any arguments via arbitration. In the event Pixel Strip is unable to supply a working booth for at least 80% of the Service Period, Client shall be refunded a prorated amount based on the amount of service received. If the printer fails to print out photos on site, Pixel Strip will be allowed to give a USB to the client.
